Baked Egg in Avocado

Here's how to make a protein packed breakfast that the whole family will love!

Ingredients:

1 avocado

2 eggs

1/4 cup low fat shredded cheese

cooking spray

pepper

salsa or hot sauce

Directions:

1. Slice the avocado in half and remove the pit.

2. Put your avocado halves into a small baking dish misted with cooking spray.

3. Crack one egg at a time and slide it into the hole of each avocado.

4. Sprinkle with low fat shredded cheese and season with pepper.

Bake in a pre-heated oven at 425°F for 15 minutes.

Add salsa or hot sauce if desired and enjoy!
