My Favorite Apple Recipe

Fall is coming and apples will be in season! Some of you will go apple picking and might be wondering what to make with all those apples! This can work with any type of apples. Get the kids involved with using an apple corer to slice the apples, if you think they can handle that task, or maybe have them sprinkle the toppings.
Ingredients:
Apple - sliced (I prefer a green apple because it's 21 Day Sugar Detox approved)
One to two tablespoons of your favorite nut butter (I love Justin's Almond Nut Butter)
Unsweetened coconut flakes
Ground flaxseed
Pine nuts
Instructions:
1. Core the apple.
2. Scoop the nut butter on top of the apple slices.
3. Sprinkle with your toppings.
Enjoy!
