I made a list of tools for myself that bring me comfort during depressed and anxious times. I wanted to share it in case someone else could benefit...
Burn candles, sage rooms, swim, cold shower, hot tub, paint rocks, color, cook, bake, meal plan, try new recipes, read books, magazines, watch movies, tv, yoga stretches, do nails, text a friend, write notes and thank you cards, blend essential oils, put on a facial mask and rub lotion on my feet, do my makeup, search and take online classes, listen to podcasts, redo my closet...
