Quick and Delicious Cake Recipe

I've had this cake recipe clipped from a magazine for 10+ years now and I love it! I used pistachio pudding mix as the original called for. WOW! So moist and delicious. It's seriously the best cake ever and it's so simple to prepare - PLUS - the variations are endless. I've also tried it as an all chocolate (my husband's fave) and chocolate/vanilla for my brother's birthday a few summers ago. Just change the cake mix and pudding to get the combo that works best for you! Another nice touch is to warm up frosting and drizzle it over the top - see the gorgeous example here.

Ingredients

1 box yellow cake mix

1 box instant pudding

1 cup vegetable oil

3 eggs

3/4 cup milk

1/2 cup white wine

6 oz chocolate syrup

Preheat oven to 350. Mix cake mix, pudding mix, oil, eggs, milk and wine in a big bowl. Stir for 6 minutes. Grease a Bundt pan, pour 3/4 of cake mix into pan. Add syrup to remaining cake mix in bowl. Pour the mixture onto top of cake mix that's in pan and poke with fork so chocolate can seep through. Cook for 45-55 minutes! Enjoy and share if you must!
